Privacy Policy
Lurnid Media is a sole proprietorship operated by Ricardo Carrizales. This policy explains what information this site collects and what happens to it. The short version: we collect only what you give us to quote and complete your project, we set no cookies and run no ad trackers, and we never sell your information.
What We Collect
When you submit a quote form, we receive what you type in: your name, email address, and the details of your project. If you hire us, you'll also send project files (audio, video, images) through our secure upload portal or a link provided by you.
What We Use It For
To respond to your quote request, communicate about your project, do the work, and send invoices. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Who Processes It on Our Behalf
A few services handle your data so we can operate: form submissions are delivered and stored through Cloudflare; invoices are sent and payments processed through Wave Accounting; project files are transferred through MASV (massive.io); and our correspondence with you lives in our email (Google Workspace). Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads, as with most websites.
What We Keep and for How Long
Project files are kept for 30 days after project completion, then archived (see our Terms for details). Quote requests and email correspondence are kept as ordinary business records. Client project materials are kept confidential.
Artificial Intelligence
Client project materials are never used to train AI/machine learning systems, and we do not upload client materials to any service that may use uploaded material to train AI. See the Artificial Intelligence section of our Terms for more.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous page-view counts — it is cookieless, does not fingerprint your device, does not track you across sites, and collects no personal identifiers. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark mode preference, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records we're legally required to retain, like invoices). Email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
