GENERAL
Pricing is dependent on the project. Once you describe your project, a ballpark quote will be sent to you. Here is a rough table of rates, but note that these are only guidelines and your rough estimate will take into account the complete needs of your project.
This is also largely project dependent. You'll be kept in the loop if things are taking longer than your quoted turnaround. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability.
Your first message should only include information that would help determine how long your project will take to complete, not any project assets or link to assets. Typically:
- How much raw content you have (number and length of files)
- What you would like done to your files (audio repair, mixing, color correction, animations, etc.)
- If you've outlined anything for your project (no need to attach anything)
- Organized or unorganized file structure (unorganized takes additional time)
Editing deals with content that needs to be rearranged and put in the proper context. Production is about creating media for a project. Mixing enhances audio quality to have the intended audio impact. If you describe your project in detail, your quote will take into consideration all that needs to be done to reach your goal.
The quickest way would be to send a link to a Dropbox folder. Any sort of cloud storage provider will work (Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.).
Never, bud. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property and will not chop or use any of your sounds, pictures, videos, or any assets you provide for any other projects, professional or personal.
Yes, a few revisions are provided in the quoted price, though numerous revisions may be an additional charge.
If you need to cancel, there is a 40% cancellation fee if work has already begun on your project. If the work is already completed, there are no refunds. See our Terms page on payments for more info.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your project, we can provide a list of options to move forward that may include a partial refund.
ACH, Credit Cards, and Checks, in order of desirability. Payment is processed through Wave Accounting. Please use the link in the invoice for payments (unless sending a check).

AUDIO
We do not currently offer mixing for surround formats.
Yes, we can source music for your project, either through our Client Music Library or an external site. It's best if you have a subscription to a music library site like Epidemic Sounds, for example (not sponsored).
It is a continual work in progress and will be available as soon as enough music is ready to browse!
Yes, it is possible for us to alter a recording's content and context, however, we do not edit recordings to such an extent that the resulting product could be seen as slanderous or defamatory, and any such project will be refused outright.
We are able to provide you with most any file type you would want for your audio project, be that wav, mp3, ogg, etc. For music mixes, you will receive a 24bit wav as well as an mp3.
VIDEO
We do provide video editing for any platform to assure compatibility with their guidelines. Some platforms cap their frame rate, for instance, and some may have a certain orientation or aspect ratio that is preferred.
We do offer motion graphics work, and can add effects to video clips, but do not do full-on VFX work with special visual effects that you'd find in a sci-fi film.
We default to .mp4 or .mov files for delivery, but can accomodate any file type necessary. Please be sure to mention if you need a certain type of video file (i.e. ProRes, DNxHD, etc.).
We do basic color correction to maintain the integrity of different shots or cameras or correct white balance issues, but we do recommend you hire a specialist if color correction is a critical consideration for your creation.
